Symptoms

For many people with a phobia the coping strategy is to simply avoid whatever it is they fear, example going on holiday abroad because of a fear of flying or walking in nature because of a fear of spiders.

Session 4: Reframe technique is used to introduce a new and appropriate response pattern.
